The game

Checkers, with physics and consequences. Impacts hurt both pieces; 75% power arms Destroy; touch the far wall for a King, bring it home for a Queen, smash two Queens together for a Super Queen. Wipe out the other side to win. The game's own How to Play pages (on the title menu) explain it all. Four computer levels, from Easy to Ultra.

How it works

The server runs the real cartridge in an NES emulator and sends every frame's controller presses to everyone here. Your browser runs its own copy of the same NES from them, so the picture and sound are made on your machine and the game is identical for both players and everyone watching. The first two people get the seats (Red and Black); others can watch and get in line.
